This page will be full of quotes from various martial artists and is dedicated to the following instructors who have had influence on my career.

Mike Sutcliffe - My main instructor for many years. John Moreton - My good friend and training partner, the only man i consider to have knowledge enough to correct me. Joe Balko - Former EKA Squad Coach and one of the best technicians I have ever trained with. Yoshita Shinohara - His energy and knowledge of application have left a lasting impression. Jim Dunn - Who Gave me a push when i needed one and probably produces some of the best fighters in the UK. Last but not least Mike Dunn my long time training and sparring partner, the strongest fighter i have ever met (and I have met a few). Thanks to all of these people without whom i would not be here.
